Large room with easy access to the Metro - perfect for a week's stay.
It's located in an area with few restaurants around and it's a 20 minute subway ride to the center of Paris but easy to make every day as the subway is a 5-minute walk.
rooms are extremly big. free internet
bad smelling floors. non-friendly staff. poor breakfast. small loby and breakfast venue
We were 3 persons in a 4-persons room. The room we stayed in was pretty large, the bed was confortable, the bathroom was big and clean. The third person slept on a couch/bed thing that was also ok. The breakfast included in the ticket price was not so variated, but ok. It was as I expected for the price (cheap for Paris) I payed.
We had a small surprise on our arrival: even if on the reservation and on the site was written that the money were to be payed on the date of reservation and not on the arrival, that didn't happen. I had to pay at the hotel because the money transfer never took place and I didn't expect that, so be careful! The greatest disadvantage of the hotel is it's position. It's very far from the city center, even by metro. Also, it's situated in a pretty dirty zone.
Complementary tea / coffee in the room is always nice. Clean and comfortable beds.
Room looked really worn out, magnetic key-cards work 1/10 times, staff obviously does not speak English, I had problems to get back to my room at 1am because nobody was answering the doorbell, location is not the best.
The modern featuring of the room, all very functional and handy - furniture and home facilities. A small place made looking bigger; and the self-coffee in the morning!
The zone is kind of messy / dirty in the physical and direct sense, it's a peripherical one with beggars etc
Clean, modern, quite spacious, quiet, perfect sound isolation and extremely comfortable. Be careful because you can like it very much and may decide just to stay in the room instead of taking a trip across the Paris attractions :)
The only minor issue is that it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach the city center.
The hotel designed very nice and perfect fit for couples with children.
It is outside the city center but transportation is quite good with line number 9
It was nice family hotel. It is on main highway and 500 metre away from metro station. Carre four supermarket is close and many food outlets are with in 200 metres. The room is very spacious with a writing table with chairs, a double bed plus a single rollover bed and a sofa for fourth guest. There is a micro wave, fridge and electric cattle and flat tv in room. The bathroom has a shower box, a basin and shower box. The room has a seperate wc with basin which manages time when a family of four are getting ready at the same time. The hotel staff was courtegeous and helping.
The microwave was not working properly and the management did not replaced when complained. The empty liquid soap was not filled at basin during my stay of three days. The location is a bit away from city centre. On Sat & Sun there is a big flea market.
Very well managed and very clean. Good value for money when you want to visit paris. Transport to the hotel is also easy. Resturants are nearby, internet speed is good. Hotel staffs are friendly too. Very good value for money.
good staff,, parking and internet available. large appartment.
Location is so bad , in the middle of wired area. so affraid to walk even in day time. mixture of different nationalities and selling every thing. Not advice to walk alone . no safe nieghberhood
wide and clean room, useful amenities for long stay
surrounding the hotel is not clean (during our staying there were markets and we found many wastes).
The room was large and adequate for 3 adults We found the small fridge extremely useful during our stay The hotel is 5 minutes away from the tube
The hotel is not on the yellow metro line 1 which meant we needed to change trains everytime we went to central paris On Saturday, Sunday, Monday there is a market right infront of the hotel which makes getting to the tube a bit more difficult as you need to pass through the market which is quite crowded The area around the hotel is not nice
The rooms were clean, spacious, had all the amenities required and staff were friendly. We got the rooms at a good rate through a booking site and for that reason I felt it was good value for money.
The area did not feel safe and locals were not friendly. We were thinking of booking the room another night, but they wanted to charge us 130 Euros which was expensive (normal room rates are too much for the location) and was about 45 Euros more than we payed for the nights stay.
Short walk to metro into centre of Paris. Large clean rooms. Parking available for charge
Breakfast: most things came in a plastic tub. However bread rolls & boil your own egg was available otherwise no hot options
I was very happy with the hotel manager Mr Patrick....a very nice person..
I did not like the bad area of the hotel
